Jan Herren
Trinity Property Services Group of St. Augustine, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Owner Jan Herren has been active in the community association industry for over 30 years. She owned an association management company for 18 years. She then closed it and bought a pack-and-ship/mail center business for a change of pace. Shortly after buying that business, Jan was given an opportunity to manage a large homeowners association. She started Trinity Property Services Group in 2021 and currently owns and manages both businesses.
Jan attended Florida Community College at Jacksonville (FCCJ) and Jones College in Jacksonville. She has been a licensed Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) since 1993 and is a Notary Public.
During her many years of managing condominium and homeowner associations, Jan has seen dozens of instances where having someone oversee a vacant property would have saved the homeowner and, in some cases, owners of adjacent properties, thousands of dollars in damages. Plumbing leaks, clogged A/C lines, break-ins, and storm damage are just some of the examples of damage that can be greatly reduced by early detection.
In her spare time, Jan is a photographer who enjoys capturing the scenery and landscapes of northeast Florida.
