The owner of Watchwell Austin had a negative experience with a house sitter in the past and then discovered Home Watch by accident. He quickly decided to learn more about it and created Watchwell Austin to serve the central Austin area. His initial research indicated that many hadn’t heard of such a service, particularly local realtors and mortgage brokers who deal with potential Home Watch clients year-round in Austin’s real estate market.
