We Care Properties of North Port, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services by the NHWA.
Owner Dianne C. Carr started We Care Properties because she realized the need for quality Home Watch professionals in her community. After years in the corporate world utilizing her marketing degree, she wanted to do something that truly mattered—something that made a tangible difference in her community and fit with her natural desire to serve it.
Growing up in Upstate New York, Dianne was raised with real-world values, believing neighbors are family. With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, client satisfaction, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management, Dianne uses her experience and skills as the core values ingrained in We Care Properties' foundation.
Raising her son and moving to Florida to be closer to her father, Dianne started doing Home Watch with a friend’s estate and owning rentals of her own. The need for Home Watch was evident with her father, a Vietnam War veteran, living across the state. He often needed someone at his home for various needs. There was a need for a service that provides detailed home monitoring, risk mitigation, and peace of mind for part-time residents. These are the focus and mission of We Care Properties.
When Dianne has time to relax, she spends it outdoors at the beach, attending farmers’ markets and art shows, fishing, boating, or gardening. She is also an advocate for conservation and sustainability. Dianne enjoys spending time with her grown son and two dogs, visiting and hosting art shows, reading, and making home improvements.
