Congrats to Eagle View HomeWatch of Fort Myers, FL, on their sixth-year accreditation!​

Michael and Zarah Ciaffone

​Eagle View HomeWatch of Fort Myers, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.

In August of 2021, Zarah Ciaffone began her journey into the Home Watch industry as an employee of Eagle View HomeWatch. By June of 2022, Zarah and her husband, Michael, had taken ownership of the business, bringing fresh perspectives and dedicated service to their clients.

A native of Fort Myers, Zarah brings a wealth of local knowledge and community ties to her role. She is an alumna of Cypress Lake High School and Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Education. During her time at FGCU, Zarah gained valuable experience working at a preschool and completing internships in two Lee County schools. These roles honed her skills in effective communication with parents through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. Zarah now leverages these communication skills to enhance her service to Home Watch clients, ensuring they receive timely and clear updates about their properties.

Michael, originally from Bonita Springs, also brings a robust background to Eagle View HomeWatch. He attended Florida Southwestern State College and spent two years at The Word of Life Bible Institute. His commitment to service is reflected in his three years of active duty and two years in the U.S. Army Reserves. Professionally, Michael has accumulated four years of experience in lawn care and irrigation and nearly seven years in pool repair. His expertise ensures that Home Watch inspections are thorough and detailed, providing clients with reliable and comprehensive reports.

The couple, who married in 2016, have three sons and are deeply committed to serving their community. Their dedication to excellence in Home Watch services is evident in their hands-on approach and personalized care for each client's property.
