Heron Home Watch of Laguna Vista, Texas, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Co-owner Maggie Bolado brings over 16 years of real estate experience in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, with a specialization in South Padre Island and its surrounding communities. Maggie's deep understanding of the region’s unique features, such as stunning ocean views and the challenges of erosion and weather patterns, allows her to provide exceptional service. Her expertise extends to the HOA/POA structure, crucial for maintaining property quality and value.

In addition to her real estate background, Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UT RGV) in Brownsville. She has also completed most of the coursework towards a master’s in Educational Leadership. Maggie’s teaching experience contributes to her approach to Home Watch services.

Maggie has a long list of real estate clients who frequently refer her to others, showcasing the trust she has earned. Clients often ask her to watch their homes during absences, after storms, or during heavy rainfall. This trust led to the establishment of Heron Home Watch, providing peace of mind for homeowners.

Maggie’s husband, Adrian, is also co-owner of Heron Home Watch. Both Maggie and Adrian are graduates of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which places them among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Heron Home Watch’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

Married for 28 years, Maggie and Adrian reside in Brownsville with their children and their cocker spaniel, Grayson. Their deep community roots and dedication to family translate into a personal touch in their business.
