Mark Brousseau

Home Watch by 3 Palms of Bradenton, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA for the third year.

Owner Mark Brousseau brings a rich and diverse background to Home Watch by 3 Palms. Growing up in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, Mark excelled in sports, playing varsity hockey, baseball, and golf in high school. He was the co-captain of his hockey team in 1977, and this team was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame at St. Bernard’s High School. His passion for sports continued into his 50s, and Mark still finds time to enjoy golf.

Mark’s professional journey began in the electrical program at trade school, followed by enrollment in the computer science program at the local college. He spent 25 years in the computer industry, gaining extensive experience in both hardware and software. During this period, Mark also bought, renovated, and rented seven properties, discovering that hands-on work brought him the most satisfaction. This led him to start a deck-building business and eventually obtain a Construction Supervisor license. He used this license to pull permits and oversee work for a national sunroom chain.

In 2013, Mark fulfilled his dream of moving to Sarasota, a place he had visited for 30 years to see his dad. He currently works as the Maintenance Manager for an 80-unit luxury condominium on Longboat Key. In recent years, Mark has taken on numerous units for weekly condo watch, allowing him to identify issues before they escalate into major problems.

Recognizing the growing need for Home Watch services in Sarasota, Mark decided to start his own business. His background in troubleshooting, recognizing potential property hazards, and leadership make him well-suited to help homeowners who are away.

Mark has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, placing him among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
