Home Watch of the Black Hills, of Custer, South Dakota, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.

Owner Corey England is a native of central South Dakota, whose journey led him back to the beautiful landscapes of the Black Hills. He lived in Florida and then went to school in Arizona, where he met his wife, Jenna. Together, they made the decision to return to South Dakota, drawn by the Black Hills as the perfect setting to raise their family.

For the past 17 years, Corey and Jenna have called the Black Hills home, raising their three sons amidst the beauty of the region. Corey, whose upbringing was marked by a familiarity with heavy machinery, seamlessly transitioned into a career in the railroad industry, while Jenna found her place working for an insurance company. However, it was their shared passion for the Black Hills that inspired Corey to embark on a new path.

As the real estate market in the area experienced a surge, Corey recognized a growing need for Home Watch. With newcomers settling in and homeowners seeking to travel for extended periods, Corey understood the importance of ensuring peace of mind for those entrusting their homes to the care of others. Thus, Home Watch of the Black Hills was born—a beacon of reassurance and reliability for absentee homeowners and travelers alike.

The Home Watch of the Black Hills is committed to providing personalized care and attention to every property under its watch. As the company earns its re-accreditation with the NHWA, it reaffirms its dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Corey says, “Everyone deserves peace of mind while they're away from their home; that's what Home Watch of the Black Hills is here for!”

Home Watch of the Black Hills serves Pennington, Custer, and Fall River Counties, including Rapid City, Box Elder, Keystone, Rockerville, Hill City, Sheridan Lake, Pactola, Custer, Hermosa, Pringle, Argyle, Angostura, Hot Springs, and Edgemont. You can reach them at (605) 877-2358 or homewatchbh@gmail.com. Learn more from their website, at https://www.homewatchoftheblackhills.com.

Congratulations, Corey and Jenna!

As always, I wish you

Much success,
