Imperial Home Watch & Services of Fort Myers Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the ninth year.
As a permanent resident of Fort Myers Beach for the last 10 years and a part-time resident for the previous 15, owner Steven Meyer saw the need for reliable Home Watch services in his area. He has seen the devastation from excess winds, water, pests, and unwanted intruders cost individuals thousands of dollars in damages in a short period of time.
Born and raised in northern Illinois, Steven got tired of the Midwestern winters and decided to come to Southwest Florida, where he has taken his many years of experience in maintenance, marketing, and customer service and formed Imperial Home Watch & Services. And, because of the success he enjoyed while forming three successful businesses, he knows what it takes to make his clients happy by listening to their needs and keeping a steady eye on things during their absence. Paying careful attention to detail is the key to Steven's success.
Steven is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which puts him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Steven’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
