Lake Country Home Watch & Concierge Services of Eatonton, Georgia, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Owners Eve and Skeet King have over 40 combined years of living and working in Georgia's Lake Country, developing long-standing relationships across the community, including with government leaders, builders, business owners, and local contractors. These include plumbers, HVAC, irrigation and landscape services, and others across central Georgia’s real estate property and home services ecosystem.

After providing these types of services on an ad hoc basis as a real estate agent over the last 17 years, Eve recognized the need for an organization to provide these solutions more consistently and on a broader scale to homeowners and the broker community. Eve and Skeet established Lake Country Home Watch to meet these rapidly growing needs across this unique area.

Eve was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Georgia. Eve has served in several professional capacities, including positions in sales and management in the computer industry, a mortgage loan officer, and 17 years as a real estate professional. She enjoys golf, tennis, and pickleball and is an avid artist and photographer.

Skeet recently retired in his 43rd year with Honeywell International, holding sales, service management, and sales management positions in industrial automation. A native of Decatur, Georgia, Skeet was drafted out of high school by the Atlanta Braves, playing three years in their minor league system before a career-ending injury. He enjoys golf in his spare time and is very active in the Lake Country golf community. 

Eve and Skeet live in Eatonton. They’re enjoying their 41st year of marriage, three children, and 10 grandchildren.
