Scott Bidwell

Property Watch Ohio of Fairlawn, Ohio, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

A native of Copley, Ohio, Scott Bidwell is deeply rooted in community service and the founder of Property Watch Ohio. With a degree from Lyndon State College in Northern Vermont and a background in the document management industry, Scott brings a diverse skill set to his business. His previous experience includes owning a software company that served a global clientele.

Scott’s journey into property care began with a passion for home remodeling and house flipping. Known for his hands-on approach, Scott was always ready to tackle tasks like repairing pipes, performing kitchen and bathroom remodels, or troubleshooting computer issues.

After a successful 25-year career in the software industry, Scott sought a more hands-on venture driven by his loyalty to friends and community and his problem-solving mindset. He founded Property Watch Ohio with a philosophy rooted in respect, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. This dedication led him to join the National Home Watch Association, where he continues to expand his knowledge and connect with like-minded professionals.

Property Watch Ohio allows Scott to apply his problem-solving skills to an industry where expertise truly matters. He recognizes that a home transcends mere bricks and mortar; it’s a reflection of its owner. Scott finds genuine fulfillment in providing peace of mind to homeowners.

Scott and his wife, Jocelyn, have raised three children in Copley, actively contributing to their community. Scott dedicated 15 years to volunteering as a youth soccer coach, while Jocelyn volunteered with the Copley-Fairlawn schools.
