Ron Cook

Close-Up Home Watch of Port St. Lucie, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.

Owner Ron Cook was born and raised in Massachusetts before moving to sunny Florida. He grew up in a family business and, in 1995, decided to become a home inspector and start his own business. Ron inspected over 10,000 homes as a Licensed Home Inspector and Licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts.

In 1990, Ron married Maureen, and for 30 years, they vacationed and visited family members in Florida. They had always dreamed of moving there one day. That dream became a reality in 2019 when Ron and Maureen visited Port St. Lucie, fell in love with the area, and decided this would be where they would make their new home and begin their next chapter.

Ron feels that his years of experience bring a wealth of knowledge and value to his Home Watch clients. His highest priority is to provide exemplary service as an insured and bonded professional in the industry. Ron earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation shows Ron’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
