Congratulations to Coastal Home Watch of Gloucester, MA, on its second-year accreditation!​

Jameson Malgeri

​Coastal Home Watch of Gloucester, Massachusetts, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.

Providing continued service on Cape Ann for years under the prior owner, Dana Salo, Jameson Malgeri and his team are proud to continue being the premier Home Watch service on "the other cape." 

Jameson has also been a home inspector for nine years and has owned Coastal Home Watch’s sister company, Another Level Inspection, for the last four years. He is the current president of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) New England Chapter and is an industry leader as a home inspector.

\Jameson’s primary focus is on his beautiful family: wife, Brittany; daughters Stella, who is seven; and Rylie, who is nine; and a chocolate lab who is the newest member of the family and turning one soon. Jameson is an avid boater and a proud member of the Gloucester community.
