Congratulations to Depoe Bay Home Watch (Depoe Bay, OR) on its sixth-year accreditation!

Don Jones

Depoe Bay Home Watch of Depoe Bay, Oregon, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.

After visiting the Oregon Coast for 30 years, owner Don Jones and his wife, Karen, decided to make Depoe Bay their permanent home, moving from Colorado to embrace the beauty and challenges of coastal living. The weather on the Oregon Coast can be harsh, with gusting winds, blowing sand, and heavy rains. The region experiences an average rainfall of 80 inches per year, leading to potential issues like mold and mildew. Additionally, working with contractors can be difficult, and supplies are often limited and need to be ordered, resulting in repair jobs taking longer than expected.

Don recognized the unique needs of homeowners in this environment, particularly for second homeowners, coastal properties, and VRBOs. As a result, Depoe Bay Home Watch was born. This veteran-owned and -operated business offers a comprehensive range of services, including Home Watch, local representation/point-of-contact, key holding, emergency services, client liaison services, and alarm response for IconiPro Security and Alarms.

Don has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, placing him among the elite providers in the industry. The CHWP designation reflects Don’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and peace of mind to his clients.

Depoe Bay Home Watch services Lincoln County, including Yachats, Waldport, Seal Rock, Newport, Agate Beach, Depoe Bay, Gleneden Beach, Lincoln City, Three Rocks, Toledo, Siletz, and Kernville. You can reach Don at (541) 961-0032 or at don@depoebayhomewatch.com. Congratulations, Don!

Much success,
