Congratulations to HomeStead Property Watch and Management Services on their fourth-year accreditation!​

Kurt Grassett

HomeStead Property Watch and Management Services of Hancock, New Hampshire, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.

A native of New Hampshire, Owner Kurtis Grassett is a Licensed Certified Master Home Inspector in both New Hampshire and Vermont. He is also licensed to conduct septic evaluations and is certified as a mold investigator.

With all of Kurt’s experience and knowledge in construction and in homes and systems, Home Watch seemed like the next logical step. Kurt and his team of licensed home inspectors are available to assist homeowners with property watch and management services.
