Lisa Lê

​Luxury Casa Concierge of Gilbert, Arizona, has earned second-year NHWA accreditation.

Owner Lisa Lê was raised on a family farm in Iowa. The many chores of farm life taught her that hard work results in unmeasurable rewards. She moved to the beautiful Northwest in 2002 and Gilbert in 2020.

Although she earned four college degrees in criminal justice, political science, psychology, and sociology, her life didn’t start out so easy. She was the first person in her family to go to college. Overcoming many obstacles in life and hard work have inspired her to help others.

With her degrees, extroverted personality, and a strong sense of justice, working in real estate was a perfect fit. After finding herself as a single mother raising two little girls, its flexibility was perfect. In real estate, she takes an advisory approach for all her clients. Each client has a different set of obstacles or needs. That’s why she started her boutique real estate company.

In 2023, Lisa started Luxury Casa Concierge after realizing how good she was at taking care of clients' homes at a high level with the boutique services she offers to all her clients. 

Lisa graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing her among the industry's elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Lisa’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

Lisa loves spending time with her two daughters, Allison and Lauren, and creating pockets of quality time to be completely present in raising them.
