Congratulations to Major Domo Advantage Home Watch of Lincoln, RI, on its second-year accreditation!​

Paul Gagnon

Major Domo Advantage Home Watch of Lincoln, Rhode Island, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.

Owner Paul Gagnon is a lifelong Rhode Islander and truly appreciates his state. After an enlistment in the U.S. Coast Guard, Paul became a police officer in Rhode Island where, during his 20-year career, he was assigned to Detectives, Crime Scenes, Community Relations, and as a Patrol Supervisor. Paul’s second professional career brought him into the real estate sphere. He’s held a Rhode Island salesman license since 1988, working with buyers, sellers, and investment property owners. Having been a Realtor during the Great Recession of 2008, Paul learned hands-on what it took to maintain unoccupied homes for individual and corporate ownerships.

Paul first started working as a private service professional in 2004 as team security for the New England Patriots, protecting the interests of high-status players, coaches, team ownership, and families. Recently, he worked for an ultra-high-net-worth family in Osterville, Massachusetts. Paul’s 35 years of property knowledge, training, and skills made the Home Watch and estate concierge business an ideal fit for him.

Research has shown that the Oceans Community from Mystic, Connecticut, to Narragansett, Rhode Island, was being underserved by professional Home Watchers and caretakers. In 2024, Paul expanded his business model into Watch Hill, Rhode Island. He says, “Being the only Home Watch company in this area accredited by the NHWA is a privilege and responsibility I don’t take lightly.”

Paul graduated from the Rhode Island Municipal Police Training Academy, the University of Rhode Island School of Forensic Science, and the James Woods School at Boston College. He also completed The Essentials of Household and Estate Management course run by Estate Management Solutions, based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
