Congratulations to Mountain Home TLC of Steamboat Springs, CO, on its third-year accreditation!​

Craig Byar

Mountain Home TLC of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

Owner Craig Byar has lived in Colorado for more than 36 years and earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. Craig retired from the software business in 2018 and moved his family to Steamboat Springs.

Craig and his wife, Cindy, own properties in several states in the U.S., including ranch property in Nebraska and a lake house in Northern Michigan. They understand the need for quality Home Watch services by honest and dependable people. Craig and Cindy know the value of Home Watch care and the peace of mind that comes with it.

Craig is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which places him into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Craig’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

Cindy and Craig have been married for 32 years. They have four children and five grandchildren (soon to be seven). They enjoy spending time with family, hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, riding horses, and everything else the Mountains offer.
