Matt Lees

​River City Home Watch of St. Johns, Florida, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.

Founder Matt Lees is a Florida native and has lived in St. Johns County since 2017. River City Home Watch is dedicated to providing top-notch Home Watch services to families in St. Johns, Jacksonville, and the surrounding areas. Matt brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to every Home Watch inspection he conducts.

Matt’s career spans over two decades, starting in the late 1990s. He has extensive experience in commercial air conditioning, building engineering, and property management. Matt has managed a diverse array of commercial properties, from new constructions to existing high-rises, corporate offices, and strip malls. Working in millions of square feet of properties from Fort Lauderdale to Fort Myers to Jacksonville, Matt has ensured that every property met the highest standards for his corporate clients.

Transitioning to the Home Watch industry was a natural step for Matt. His meticulous attention to detail and passion for quality inspections are now focused on residential properties, providing homeowners with peace of mind knowing their homes are well cared for.

When he's not serving the local community through River City Home Watch, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to Noelle for 20 years, and together they have a beautiful daughter and two dogs. You might find Matt out on the golf course, fishing, or exploring new places in Northeast Florida with his family.
