Congratulations to Seacoast Property Watch of Stratham, NH, on their second-year accreditation!

Gregg Nye

Seacoast Property Watch of Stratham, New Hampshire, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.

Gregg Nye, a lifelong resident of the New Hampshire seacoast, brings a wealth of experience to Seacoast Property Watch. Retiring as a patrol sergeant from a local police department in 2011, Gregg has conducted thousands of home and business security checks and initiated several neighborhood crime watch programs. After his retirement, he worked as a criminal investigator with the State of New Hampshire on a federal organized crime drug enforcement task force, handling various organized crime cases.

Transitioning from nearly 28 years in law enforcement, Gregg became a mortgage loan officer in Portsmouth. For the past nine years, he has been nationally licensed, collaborating with local real estate professionals, industry partners, and construction contractors on diverse loan programs.

Gregg and his wife, Christina, own a vacation property in the Maine Lakes Region, where they use a seasonal Home Watch service. This personal experience highlighted the need for a reliable Home Watch service in their area. Recognizing the absence of a nationally accredited Home Watch business locally, Gregg decided to start Seacoast Property Watch, aiming to offer comprehensive services to his clients.

Seacoast Property Watch provides regular visits to homes and properties, conducting thorough indoor and outdoor inspections to identify potential issues. This proactive approach helps prevent or minimize property damage, offering peace of mind to homeowners. Seacoast Property Watch acts as your eyes and ears when you’re away, providing digital reports immediately after each visit.

An active member of the community, Gregg has raised his family in Stratham. He is a member of the Rockingham County Law Enforcement Officers Association, the New Hampshire Police Association, the Seacoast Board of Realtors, and the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce. Gregg volunteers for various charity campaigns, especially those focused on animal rescue

Seacoast Property Watch serves Rockingham and Strafford Counties, New Hampshire, and York County, Maine. You can reach Gregg at (603) 760-8857 or at info@seacoastpropertywatch.com. Learn more at https://seacoastpropertywatch.com.

Congratulations, Gregg!

As always, I wish you

Much success,
