Congratulations to Snowbird Home Patrol Home Watch Services of New Port Richey, FL, on their fifth-year accreditation!​

Jodie Sullivan

Snowbird Home Patrol Home Watch Services of New Port Richey, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.

Owner Jodie Sullivan has lived in Pasco County for over 25 years and has been a business owner for more than 30 years. She owned a special events business for 24 years and sold it during the pandemic. Jodie still consults in the event industry and hosts two community events that she created during the pandemic. The community loves them, and she continues to run them.

Jodie’s father mentioned the Home Watch business to her over 15 years ago, after his water heater broke while he was away. After the cleanup, he hired a Home Watch company and told Jodie he thought she’d be great at doing it. Snowbird Home Patrol was born 12 years later.

Having always been involved in the service industry, Jodie thrives on taking care of her clients and the community. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel. Jodie has been instrumental in finding new ways to raise money and give back to the community. She was awarded Rotary President of the Year in 2020 for her district of 55 Clubs. Under her leadership, the organization added 21 new members. Jodie was also instrumental in starting a new Gasparilla Krewe in Tampa in 2022. Gasparilla is a big celebration in Tampa which takes place from January to March each year. The Krewe, “Angels and Outlaws,” participates in a number of parades, serves the community, and has a ton of fun. 

Jodie is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which puts her into the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Jodie’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

Jodie spends time with her grown children and is the doting “Nana” to two (almost three) grandchildren. She also loves pickleball.

Snowbird Home Patrol Home Watch Services serves all of Pasco County, including New Port Richey, Hudson, Zephyrhills, Lutz, Land O Lakes, and Wesley Chapel.
