Congratulations to Sun Coast Property Watch of North Port, FL, on their second-year accreditation from the NHWA!​

Lori Newton

​Sun Coast Property Watch of North Port, Florida, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.

The business is led by Lori Newton, a Florida native originally from Orlando. Lori brings an impressive background in construction management and accounting to her role and has been actively involved in property management for the past two years. She is currently pursuing her Community Association Manager (CAM) and real estate licenses, further enhancing her professional credentials.

Lori’s dedication to excellence is exemplified by her graduation from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and her designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP). This achievement places her among the elite providers in the Home Watch industry and underscores her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lori is deeply involved in volunteer work. She contributes her time and efforts to the Fish and Wildlife Commission, the Florida State Parks, and sea turtle monitoring and strandings. Her community involvement also includes crab trap removal and various local organizations in and around North Port and Englewood. Lori’s commitment to community service is further highlighted by her role as treasurer for a non-profit organization for the past seven years. The NHWA is proud to have members like Lori who actively contribute to their communities.

Lori’s passion extends beyond her professional and volunteer work. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and embracing life with enthusiasm. Her dedication to her work, family, and friends is evident in everything she does.
