Estates Neighborhood Home Watch of Naples, FL, earns fifth-year accreditation from the NHWA! Congratulations!​

David Soler

Estates Neighborhood Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.

Originally from Miami, owner David Soler worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. This experience proved invaluable to David and Estates Neighborhood Home Watch, as it helped him develop the interpersonal skills required to run a business dependent on customer service and prepared him to work in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment.

After moving to Naples, David began working in the community management industry, which is predominant in the area, as a large segment of the population keeps second homes and investment properties. Not particularly happy working as an administrative assistant, he jumped at the chance to become a Home Watch technician when the position became available, and he never looked back. It was only a matter of time before David would decide to make Home Watch his life’s work.

Estates Neighborhood Home Watch is dedicated to honest, ethical business practices, protecting residential properties, and maintaining great client relationships through consistently great customer service.

David has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making him one of the industry's elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation shows his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
