I am very pleased to announce that Fernandina Property Maintenance of Fernandina Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the 13th year, making it one of the oldest members of our group.  

Dave Carter and I met in 2012, when he joined the NHWA with a burning desire to start a Home Watch company and finally work for himself. After spending years in the corporate world, managing 30 different brands and spending time in the construction management industry, Dave started Fernandina Property Maintenance when he saw the tremendous need for second homeowners on Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island to have a reputable and ethical company to perform Home Watch and property maintenance. Dave and wife Jeri have built their company based on their strong ethics, faith, and beliefs. It is these things that explain the longevity and success of Fernandina Property Maintenance.

Dave and Jeri are highly active in their community, sharing knowledge and goodwill. I am proud to have Dave and Jeri as members.
