Mark Golub

It is with absolute pleasure I announce that Lookout Home Watch of Scottsdale, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the tenth year.

Happily married since 1969, owners Mark and Susie Golub moved to the Valley of the Sun from Ohio in 2005. They founded Lookout Home Watch to provide absentee homeowners with security and peace of mind.

Mark's diverse background, including service in the U.S. Navy, ownership of an automotive parts supply business for 35 years, and a license as a real estate appraiser, equips him with a range of skills, including the ability to perform minor home repairs. Susie, with her experience as a preschool teacher and interior decorator, brings a unique perspective to Lookout Home Watch.

Mark and Susie's unwavering commitment to Lookout Home Watch as their sole business ensures that they are fully dedicated to their clients. Their adherence to old-school values and their dedication to the highest standard of professional service provide a sense of security to their clients, reinforcing their reliability.
