Paradise Lifestyle Home Watch of Venice, Florida, has earned second-year accreditation from the NHWA.

Steven Bednaz brings over 40 years of experience from his family-owned businesses based in Connecticut. He started his first business, a lawn-mowing service, when he was 11 years old. Later, Steven began working with his father in his landscaping and excavation business. He ventured out on his own in 1986, starting an excavation company he ran for over 30 years. His company performed everything from the ground up, from residential housing projects to commercial buildings, including the land clearing to installing all utilities. Steven then created a management company when he bought his first commercial property. During this period, he began to branch out into home building. He has built many homes, both to sell and for his family. He started renovating homes, buying distressed properties, and returning them to beautifully renovated homes. This experience has given Steven the expertise and passion to aid homeowners in business decisions, construction, and vendor relationships. 

In January of 2022, Steven and his wife, Roxane, moved to the Gulf Coast of Florida. This husband-and-wife team is prepared to assist their clients in personal, business, or home management, no matter how simple or difficult the job is. As residents of Wellen Park, they want to serve their neighbors and surrounding developments and be the go-to providers for all their clients’ Home Watch needs.

Steven is focused on Home Watch because he wants to build a business with a center focused on maintaining homes for people in and around his community. He and Roxane own multiple properties, and they value attention to detail and consistency to ensure that a person's most important asset—their home—is protected.

Steven and Roxane have been married for more than 10 years. Steven has two married children in Massachusetts, and they have their first grandchild. They enjoy living in a community where you get to know your neighbors through activities and hobbies. Roxane also works as a registered nurse.
