Property Watch of Mesa, AZ, has earned 12th-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Bob Hunt
I am happy to share that Property Watch of Mesa, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the 12th year.
Bob and Beth Hunt became NHWA Accredited Members 12 years ago. They were part of the Arizona contingent that came to Myrtle Beach to attend our North American, and I have been lucky enough to spend time with them many times since then. Bob served on our Best Practices committee in 2015 and 2016. They are active with our Arizona NHWA Chapter, even hosting meetings at their home.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Bob earned a degree in accounting and finance. He began a new career in real estate about 30 years ago, becoming a licensed broker and property manager. Watching his area grow (and selling homes to several U.S. and Canadian snowbirds moving to the area), Bob and Beth saw a major need—and opportunity—to start a professional Home Watch business, so they did. Property Watch’s key philosophy has always been top-notch responsive customer service and treating everyone with respect and dignity.
Bob and Beth have a large number of both U.S. and Canadian clients.
Married for over 50 years, Bob and Beth moved to Arizona forty-plus years ago, where they raised their two boys. Their family now includes three grandsons, whom they enjoy spending time with. They recently moved into a new adult community where they are living the dream and enjoying a very active lifestyle.
Property Watch serves Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, the City of Maricopa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Bob can be reached on his cell phone at (602) 620-3819 or at bobh@usapropertywatch.com. Learn more from his website at www.usapropertywatch.com.
Congratulations, Bob and Beth!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack Luber Executive Director
