Congrats to Showpiece HomeWatch of Cedarburg, WI, on their accreditation from the NHWA!​

Meggan and Kevin Knoblauch

Showpiece HomeWatch of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Kevin Knoblauch spent 15 years working on a golf course and owning a small landscape company during some of that time. An assistant superintendent and equipment manager over two separate periods, he spent 10 years at a country club before purchasing Showpiece Lawns, a lawn fertilizer and weed-control company, with his wife, Meggan, in February of 2021.

Kevin’s passion has always been caring for other people’s properties, whether a golf course, lawn, or a home. Their strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence allow Kevin and Meggan to provide the same level of care as they would their own home.

Kevin has a turfgrass degree from Michigan State University and a Business Management degree from Cardinal Stritch University. He is a certified and licensed Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator. Meggan has an Early Childhood/Elementary Education bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College and a master’s degree in Art Education from UNLV. Meggan taught Pre-K, elementary Art, and Kindergarten in Las Vegas for 10 years. She moved back home to Wisconsin, worked remotely as an Executive Assistant, and was promoted to Operations Manager.

Kevin performed Home Watch for a lawn care client for six years, who always said that Home Watch was needed in their area. Kevin kept that in the back of his mind but was focused on his landscape business. Now, they’ve extensively researched Home Watch and seen how much the industry has grown. The Milwaukee Metro area contains many snowbirds and frequent travelers. With their existing client base of 1,300, they knew Home Watch would be a great fit.

Kevin and Meggan have been married for five years. They moved to Cedarburg three years ago, with their son, Cole. Kevin and Meggan love to spend time outdoors, traveling, and playing golf. They go up north to Eagle River to snowmobile and enjoy time as a family.
