Shaun Lissow
Guardian Shepherd Home Watch of North Port, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Shaun Lissow was born in Upstate New York, but he’s lived and worked in Southwest Florida since 2006. He recently retired from law enforcement as a Commander after 21 years of service. Before his law enforcement career, he proudly served for five years in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Machinery Technician/Boarding Officer. Shaun has always enjoyed helping others and feels that a Home Watch business will be another way to do that.
Shaun holds an associate and bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s in professional studies. He earned the FBI Leeda Trilogy certificate, the Florida Leadership Academy certificate through the FDLE, and many other law-enforcement-related certifications.
Shaun wanted to get into the Home Watch business to continue helping his community and working to help citizens make sure their properties are professionally taken care of.
Shaun graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Shaun’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Shaun enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and animals. He loves the outdoors: cycling, hiking, camping, outdoor activities, and woodworking. He feels that the more he’s outdoors, the better his life is.
