Owner Chris Matteucci brings over a decade’s worth of knowledge and leadership to the Home Watch industry. He has served two terms as President of the California Association of Residential Property Managers, where he championed legislative efforts that directly benefit homeowners. Additionally, Chris has held key positions on the boards of the Nor Cal Rental Property Association and the California State Rental Housing Association, consistently advocating for homeowners' rights and interests.

Chris’s expertise extends to the national level. He has served as a voting delegate for the National Apartment Association since 2019, representing California and contributing to policy discussions that impact homeowners nationwide.

Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in property management. He is a proud member of the California and National Associations of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Chris prioritizes continuous professional development, regularly attending industry events to remain at the forefront of best practices. This dedication to ongoing education directly translates to superior service for his clients.
