Profound Home Watch of Northwood, New Hampshire, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Owner Kaitlin Whitcher is a dynamic and results-driven Realtor. She is the owner and Principal Broker of Profound New England Real Estate. In her efforts to serve all of her clients' needs, Recognizing a necessity for a local Home Watch service, Kaitlin founded Profound Home Watch, a professional team dedicated to providing homeowners peace of mind by caring for their properties.

Clients consistently praise Kaitlin for her approachability, transparency, and the unwavering support she provides throughout the entire real estate process. She brings these same qualities to Profound Home Watch, ensuring that each client receives the best care and attention.

A new Hampshire native, former Licensed Home Inspector, veteran, and lifelong tradesman, Travis brings a deep connection to the community and a wealth of experience to his role. Since returning from military service in 2017, he has settled in Strafford with his family, embracing the local lifestyle and the close-knit community spirit.

Travis’s extensive knowledge, strong attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to Profound Home Watch. He looks forward to keeping each client’s property in pristine condition, providing the same level of care he would for his own home.
