Michael Studebaker brings over 25 years of valuable experience in the real estate industry to this new venture. With a background as both a broker manager and a broker associate, Michael has developed a deep understanding of property conditions and maintenance. Throughout his career, Michael has consistently demonstrated his commitment to providing exceptional service and guidance to homeowners. Serving as a consultant for over two decades, he has built lasting relationships with clients who rely on his expertise and attention to detail.

Driven by his passion for property care and maintenance, Michael has decided to transition his real estate knowledge into the realm of Home Watch services.
