Congratulations to Superstition Home Watch of Gold Canyon, AZ, on their accreditation!
Dave Hetrick
Superstition Home Watch of Gold Canyon, Arizona, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Owner Dave Hetrick brings a wealth of experience to Superstition Home Watch. With a 33-year career in groundskeeping and building maintenance for a large corporation, Dave managed a sprawling 32-acre campus, developing a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of property care. This extensive background makes him well-equipped to handle the unique challenges of Home Watch services.
After Dave and his wife, Jennie, moved to Arizona last year to be with their children and grandchildren, Dave quickly noticed a significant need in his new community. Many of his neighbors were snowbirds, leaving their homes unoccupied for extended periods. Recognizing an opportunity to apply his skills in a new way, Dave decided to start Superstition Home Watch.
Dave’s journey to become a Home Watch professional began with thorough research. He joined the NHWA, learning about the standards and best practices in the industry. Armed with this knowledge and his vast experience, Dave established Superstition Home Watch, aiming to offer peace of mind to homeowners.
Dave and Jennie have been married for 20 years; they have four grown kids and five grandchildren. Outside of work, Dave enjoys exploring Arizona’s beautiful landscapes through hiking and camping. He also has a passion for live music, often attending concerts and local performances.
Superstition Home Watch serves Gold Canyon and Queen Valley. You can reach Dave at (785) 230-4340 or at superstitionhomewatch@gmail.com. Learn more at https://www.superstitionhomewatch.com.
Welcome, Dave!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack Luber Executive Director
