Home & Away Home Watch of Bridgton, ME, earns Accredited Member status from the NHWA! Congratulations!

Brad Keimach

Home & Away Home Watch of Bridgton, Maine, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Owner Brad Keimach launched Home & Away Home Watch in the beautiful lakes region of western Maine to bring much-needed services to the area.

After 36 years of running his own business as a professional engraver and after a number of years dividing their time between their homes in Massachusetts and Maine, Brad and his wife, De, decided to move to Maine full-time. Before this move, they had difficulty finding someone to visit their property and ensure all was well when they could not get there. Brad saw the need for someone trained and dedicated to Home Watch, and the idea of Home & Away Home Watch was born.

While new to the Home Watch industry, Brad has been a homeowner for nearly 40 years. He knows it can be the small details many homeowners overlook that end up causing problems. And if a homeowner is not close by when a problem arises, it can be disastrous. Even something small like a modem needing a reset can become a big issue if a remote homeowner has no eyes on their property. Western Maine is known for its long, snowy winters, making the area largely seasonal.

Brad graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and earned the Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) designation, placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Brad’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.

Home & Away Home Watch serves Bridgton, Harrison, Waterford, Naples, Newry, Bethel, and the surrounding area.  You can reach them at (207) 256-2459 or homeawaymaine@yahoo.com.  Learn more at their website, https://homeandawayhomewatch.com.

Welcome, Brad!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber Executive Director
