Welcome, Assurance Home Watch NEPA, of Forest City, PA, to the NHWA Family!​

Ken and Jen Mayers

​Assurance Home Watch NEPA of Forest City, Pennsylvania, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Owners Kenneth and Jennifer Mayers have lived in Northeastern Pennsylvania for the last 24 years, with strong family ties to the area. Ken is a chiropractic physician who has owned his practice for the last 34 years. Jen has worked for the last 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a Director of Operations.

Both Ken and Jen hold bachelor’s degrees, with Ken holding a doctorate degree as well.

Being homeowners themselves and seeing the value of this service in their area, Ken and Jen decided to start Assurance Home Watch NEPA.

Ken and Jen have been married for 26 years and have two kids. They enjoy various outdoor activities, gardening, and socializing with family and friends.
