Nancy Braun

Carolina Property Management of Charlotte, North Carolina, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Owner Nancy Braun, a graduate of Cornell University and SUNY Buffalo Law School, is a New York native who moved to North Carolina over 27 years ago after falling in love with its amazing weather, vibrant lifestyle, booming economy, and warm welcome to newcomers. She has been a corporate lawyer and owner of several businesses over the years.

Nancy is the creative force behind Carolina Property Management. Focusing on technology and delivering a new kind of real estate experience with her company Showcase Realty, she created a new model for the Carolinas’ real estate industry. In 2012 and 2017, Nancy was honored to be selected as one of the top 50 Most Influential Women by the Mecklenburg Times. Nancy also won the 2014 Charlotte Business Journal Women in Business Award and the City of Charlotte Crowns of Enterprise Award. She was also a finalist for the Charlotte Athena Leadership Award. Nancy has been featured numerous times in the Mecklenburg Times, showcasing her achievements.
