Jeff Walker

Homewatch Suncoast of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, owner Jeff Walker now resides in Bradenton. He is an accomplished real estate owner and property manager with over 20 years of experience running a successful residential property management company in Ontario. Overseeing 400 residential properties, Jeff has a deep understanding of the needs of his clients as well as the tenants he manages.

After relocating to Bradenton, Jeff was determined to continue his passion for caring for clients’ real estate assets. He recently became the proud owner of both Homewatch Suncoast and When & How Concierge Services. Both companies started several years ago to meet the growing need for professional Home Watch services in their areas. Jeff and his team are dedicated to upholding the tradition of excellent customer service and care that these companies were built on. 

The combined company will continue to operate under the Homewatch Suncoast banner, offering comprehensive Home Watch and concierge services. Their goal is to provide clients with peace of mind, knowing their properties are in capable hands. Homewatch Suncoast delivers professional home checks, detailed reporting for insurance purposes, and effective communication. They also maintain a preferred vendor list to quickly address any issues that may arise, helping to ensure the highest quality of care for their clients’ homes.

When Jeff is not busy overseeing properties, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Hillary, for 20 years, and together they have two daughters and one son. Their weekends are often filled with dance and gymnastics competitions throughout Florida and beyond. When they find a free weekend, the Walker family loves spending time together at the beach.
