Cindy Marshall

Marshall’s Home Watch of New Rochelle, New York, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Owner Cindy Marshall is a former police officer who was unofficially performing Home Watch services since 2009. She had been approached by the Rockefeller family to take care of one of their homes, and that’s what started her on her Home Watch journey. With a rich background in public service, Cindy found a natural extension of her passion for helping others in Home Watch. Her dedication to ensuring the safety and security of homes in her community is deeply rooted in her professional and personal experiences.

Before launching Marshall’s Home Watch, Cindy owned and operated a successful wholesale food company for 38 years, until the end of 2023. She decided to close the business to support her daughter in caring for Cindy’s first grandchild, reflecting her family-oriented values. Cindy’s professional background is equally impressive. She graduated with a degree in Police Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology, equipping her with extensive training in policing, safety, and first aid. These skills make her exceptionally qualified to oversee the security and maintenance of her clients’ homes.

Cindy’s commitment to service is a family trait. Her husband, John, is a retired Deputy Chief firefighter, and their son has followed in his footsteps as a firefighter. Their daughter is a dedicated speech pathologist. The Marshalls’ household also includes two Vizslas, who are show dogs and keep Cindy busy outside of her professional responsibilities.

Cindy embodies the spirit of community and services. Her unwavering dedication to helping others, combined with her extensive professional background, makes Marshall’s Home Watch a trusted choice for Home Watch services in the region.
