Bryan Bowman

Mid-Atlantic Home Watch of Arnold, Maryland, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.

Born and raised within the Baltimore and DC beltways, Bryan Bowman and his family settled in Anne Arundel County in 1979. He attended Broadneck High School before graduating from Georgetown University with honors. Bryan worked for Carl Zeiss, Inc., a global leader in optics and optoelectronics, for nearly 30 years, holding leadership positions in the Sales, Service, and Training Departments. The success of his clients defined Bryan’s performance in the corporate world.

In early 2024, Bryan left to pursue his life-long goal of establishing and operating an independent business. He brings a highly technical, professional, and personal approach to caring for his clients and their residences.

With vacation properties in Bethany Beach, Delaware, and Naples, Florida, the Bowman family learned first-hand how essential professional Home Watch services are to owners of unoccupied residences. During one offseason in Delaware, a burst pipe caused over $20,000 in damage while destroying treasured family memorabilia. Years later, in Florida, a mold bloom nearly ruined an entire main floor, forever instilling a fear that the problem may return and cause continued health concerns. Having experienced devastating incidents and supported lengthy repair and remediation processes, Bryan created Mid-Atlantic Home Watch. He strives to ensure that these painful lessons learned may be shared with others so they may avoid such events and loss.

Bryan lives in Arnold with his wife, Michelle, and two sons, Gregg and Devin, who are now both in college. Bryan is a member of the Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce and St. Mary’s congregation in Annapolis. He volunteers locally and loves traveling, playing golf, and fishing in his rare time off.
