Elisa LaBram Verch

​Relax & Roam Home Services of St. Petersburg, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.  

President and Founder, Elisa LaBram Verch, has a rich history in the custom building industry. Since 2004, she has been an integral part of her family’s business, LaBram Homes, Inc. Elisa partnered with her father in 2011, and when he retired in 2015, she took over full ownership and operational responsibilities.

Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Florida State University and is a licensed Interior Designer and Certified residential Contractor in Florida. Recently, she passed her General Contractor’s exam and is in the process of upgrading her license accordingly.

Elisa is dedicated to innovation and team building, annually organizing corporate retreats with her home-building team to brainstorm and enhance their business processes. This year’s retreat focused on diversifying revenue streams, leading to the creation of Relax & Roam Home Services. Their offerings include Home Watch, concierge services, and extended maintenance solutions, aiming to provide comprehensive support to their community.

Elisa is engaged to James (JD) Dean, who oversees business development for Relax & Roam. Together with their two children, Addison and Ethan, they cherish family time, traveling, boating, and playing pickleball. One of their most memorable adventures was navigating their boat from Connecticut to Florida via the Intracoastal Waterway. They are eagerly planning bucket list trips to Peru and Spain/Morocco this year.

Both Elisa and JD are graduates of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP). This training and certification place them among the elite Home Watch providers, underscoring their dedication to excellence in the industry.
