South Florida Condo Watch of Boca Raton, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Owner Rick Stein brings over 15 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, with extensive work in both Florida and New York. His impressive credentials include being a Florida Community Association Manager, a Seller Representative Specialist, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, holding the National Association of Realtors’ Green Designation, and being a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.

Rick’s journey into Home Watch services began with his daily interactions with clients who owned multiple properties. Recognizing the need for reliable and thorough oversight of these homes while the owners were away, he founded South Florida Condo Watch. The company is dedicated to providing peace of mind to property owners in their absence.

In addition to his professional commitments, Rick enjoys a variety of leisure activities. In his spare time, you can find him boating, riding his motorcycle, playing golf, or enjoying outings with friends.
