The inspiration behind the company stems from owner Tandrea Anderson’s personal experience. Originally from Westchester, New York, Tandrea decided to embark on her Home Watch venture after her grandmother’s second property suffered severe damage. The home had been unoccupied for an extended period and was only occasionally checked by a neighbor, resulting in the damage not being covered by insurance. Witnessing her grandmother’s ordeal, Tandrea recognized a significant need for dedicated Home Watch services to assist owners of unoccupied properties in the Palm Beach area. This realization, coupled with thorough research, led to the establishment of Rainestone Property Care.

With 17 years of exceptional customer service experience and a degree in business management, Tandrea brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to her business. She understands that quality, trust, reliability, and professionalism are the cornerstones of building positive client relationships. Her serve-first mindset ensures that all clients and partners feel valued from the outset.
